SUMMARY

implement function to search for instances, hashtags and users.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run app
2. try to discover new people and topics
3. lack of search function makes this arduous

OBSERVED RESULT
no search function, must scroll through timeline until something of interest pops up.

EXPECTED RESULT
ability to search for usernames, hashtags and instances. results (accurate and approximate) are displayed. clicking any result takes the user to the relevant timeline (user/hashtag/instance)
