STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have a printer HP Officejet Pro 6830 connected via USB (relevant here) and WLAN (I think not relevant here)
2. Switch on the printer
3. Plug an usb-stick in the printer

OBSERVED RESULT
The USB Stick is not recognized from KDE-Neon

EXPECTED RESULT
The USB Stick is recognized from KDE-Neon, as if it were directly inserted into the PC running KDE neon. See task list on the right side "Datenträger und Geräte"(translated Media and devices).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.26
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.100.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This worked nicely with the previous KDE-Neon version before changing to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS basis this summer(I guess). I think that this works over the usb connection to the printer, not over the wlan connection to the printer

I'm afraid this is likely an issue in Ubuntu rather than in KDE's software
