STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open an app
2. right-click on the window decoration, hover over 'More actions' and choose 'Configure special application settings...' 
3. click on '+ Add property...' button
4. add all 'Window Matching' properties
5. click on 'OK' button
6. reopen  'Configure special application settings...'  window

OBSERVED RESULT
'Window Matching' properties added in the step 4 were lost

EXPECTED RESULT
all properties added to a window rule should be remembered
