SUMMARY
The version 22.09-2 fail to start, missing module "org.kde.kirigamiaddons.labs.mobileform" is not installed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install Kweather from Discover, source Fedora 22.09-2.fc37 released on 09/26/22
2.  Launch the app from the console

OBSERVED RESULT

$ kweather 
QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component
qrc:/qml/main.qml:163:26: Type SettingsDialog unavailable
qrc:/qml/settings/SettingsDialog.qml:33:22: Type SettingsComponent unavailable
