I think a neat feature of Kde would be to have the mouse scroll be able to shade and unshade windows by scrolling up and down on the mouse. (on the top bar of course)  This is something i use every day in Windowmaker.  Maybe we could make it a option in the control panel?  and have it off by default. (im sure some kde die hards wont like it)
