SUMMARY
When I try to set time manually, it will not work and pop-up a window says unable to set current time. If I open a terminal, it will output the following error:
Failed to set current time "org.freedesktop.timedate1.AutomaticTimeSyncEnabled" "Previous request is not finished, refusing."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open systemsetting.
2.  Go to Date & Time page
3. Turn off automatic time setting.
4. Change the date and/or time.

OBSERVED RESULT
The time is not changed and the software pop-up an error window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Change the date and time and no error window.
