The "Custom Shortcuts" section in System Settings doesn't appear if using Plasma Wayland. Existing settings appear in the regular Shortcuts configuration under Custom Shortcuts Serivce, though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Plasma Wayland.
2. Open System Settings.
3. Search for Custom Shortcuts.

OBSERVED RESULT
No results.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Custom Shortcuts" configuration appears.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Launching System Settings with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb makes Custom Shortcuts appear again, even when using Wayland.
