STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to compress a file to arj format via context menu of Dolphin
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma shows a false 'Compressing (Finished)' notification but no .arj archive is created

EXPECTED RESULT
password-protected arj archive is created

Ark also cannot create a .arj archive without a password.

With Ark 24.01.95 I can create a .arj archive without password, but cannot create a password-protected one.
