I opened the VPN settings in Plasma and set IPv6 to "Disabled". Then i opened nm-connection-editor, and there the setting is shown as "Disabled" too. This makes me think that the setting is actually correctly passed to NetworkManager, but either broken on a lower level or it doesn't do what you expect it to do. When you change the setting in nm-connection-editor, does it have the desired effect? Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
