SUMMARY
On Wayland, tooltips in kicker appear after menu was closed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "Application Menu" as launcher.
2. Open launcher and immediately open any favorite application.

OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltips appear after kicker menu was closed. Video demonstration's attached.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltips should not appear if kicker menu was closed.

Can anyone still reproduce this on current Plasma? I tried a couple of different ways, but I only get the tooltip after hovering for the regular amount, and it does not appear after already clicking the icon. (It does stick around for a frame or two after clicking the icon, but this is also true for other Plasma tooltips. e.g. on Widgets)
