Gphoto2 is not supported under Windows. We have already a long story about this topic. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398166 Native WIA API from Windows must be used to deal with camera. This API can be also used in cross compiled environment to build Windows binary. For the moment the WIA interface in digiKam do not exists yet.
