STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Select an image, open the image editor, and then choose G'MIC-Qt under the Enhance tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
The filters list is empty.

EXPECTED RESULT
A list of filter types.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 Pro 21H2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I observe this problem on digiKam 7.8.0 as well.

Problem is also reproducible under MacOS.

Uncheck the "internet" checkbox and press reload button on the left. All filters are there...
