Description melalire 2022-11-19 14:13:20 UTC
SUMMARY

With the latest version of Windows 11 x64, any action of KDENLIVE is very slow (whatever the version of KDENLIVE : the latest 22.08.3, the previous since 22.04, the experimental 1310)

Windows 11 Pro Version	22H2
Build 22621.891
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22637.1000.0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just Install KDENLIVE
2. And try (your choice) :"Configure KDENLIVE", "Add Clip or Folder", "Open ...", etc.

(All others applications on my PC have normal performance)

OBSERVED RESULT
The CPU load increases, and you need to have a lot of time to get a response of the application.

Goto: Help -> Reset Configuration. Is it still slow? Do you have updated the graphic card driver?
