When my panel is transparent, there is this one pixel gap around it which I just can't unsee.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a default panel
2. Make it transparent using any theme
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Small one pixel gap between panel and border of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should line up perfectly with the screens edges.
