e.g.
- Do the loudspeakers work if you plug them into another PC?
- Have you recently installed / removed / updated any related packages?
- Build and configuration

Please give more information (see comment #1).

If you don't describe the problem with detail and accuracy, developers won't be able to figure out what's actually going on.
