SUMMARY
Desktop Effects KCM: No directly available delete button on effects overview page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the desktop effects KCM

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no button to immediately delete an effect that was installed via Get Hot New Stuff.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a button directly on the KCM page that appears when you hover the item, like it is done in many other KCMs (appearance stuff).

Reason: it is weird that you need to click "Get New Desktop Effect" to find a button that lets you uninstall an effect. 

Additional Information:
I would expect this to be a duplicate, but I did not find an existing report.
