STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Digikam and run Scan for New Items from the Tools menu.
2. As the operation runs abort the Scan for New Items operation by clicking on the abort button on the bottom right hand progress bar.
3. Run Scan for New Items again

OBSERVED RESULT
- Maintenance and Scan for New Items options remain disabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
- After abort Maintenance and Scan for New Items options should be re-enabled.
