SUMMARY

OBSERVED RESULT
Battery charge thresholds doens't appear on advanced settings in power management.

EXPECTED RESULT
Battery charge thresholds should appear in the settings.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
Kernel: 6.0.0
Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Laptop in question: MSI Summit E16 Flip A12UCT

I have to use a third party app to change the battery charge thresholds but it would be nice if it was natively supported. The app in question: https://github.com/dmitry-s93/MControlCenter

I think this would help other people using MSI Laptops as well

Unfortunately that means your hardware doesn't have standard-style support in the Linux kernel for this feature. You'll need to wait for official kernel support to arrive, and then upgrade to the kernel version that has that support in it.
