Add an option to display all KDE system notification sounds while Noatun is playing.

I like system sounds but they are really annoying while listening to music.  Going into the control panel and disableing/enabling sounds manually each time is too much trouble...  (or maybe I'm too lazy ;-)

That should have been *disable* system notification sounds not
*display* ....

I wrote a plugin called noatunnontify for noatun to close this bug/wishlist.
