SUMMARY
"Enforce palette colors" only enforces color when using the color selector dialog. It has no effect when using the various color selector dockers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Enforce palette colors" in the Color Management settings 
2. Select Pixel Art 16 palette.
3. In a separate ACS docker, click and drag over the color selector in various ways.

OBSERVED RESULT
Colors aren't enforced to the active palette.

EXPECTED RESULT
Colors should be enforced to the active palette.

Hi, thank you for your report.

I can confirm with the Krita Version: 5.2.0-prealpha (git 5c98a72) Appimage with Qt 5.15.7

I'm going to assign this to halla since she's been looking at the palette docker recently.
