SUMMARY
I used to use the global menu widget.
When I removed that widget, the menu never reappeared in Cantor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable global menu widget
2. Open Cantor
3. Remove global menu widget

OBSERVED RESULT
Cantor no longer has a menubar. Restarting Cantor does not fix this.

EXPECTED RESULT
Cantor's menu should reappear

It seems the entry `MenuBar=Disabled` in cantorrc doesn't get deleted when I remove the global menu
