This relates to the Icons-only Task Manager.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have at least one window open and visible.
2. Have at least two instances of an application grouped.
3. Enable both the "Show tooltips" and "Highlight windows when hovering over task tooltips" options.
4. Click on the application with two instances and hover over the thumbnails.

OBSERVED RESULT
All other windows are hidden to show only the one hovered over with the tooltip. See the upper-left "ObservedResult" image.

EXPECTED RESULT
The windows are not hidden and the one hovered over with the tooltip is brought to the front. See the bottom-left "Expected Result" image.

An example of how I expect this to work the new mockup option off can be found in other desktop environments, such as Cinnamon.
