When will AQ Banking be available in version 5.13 for windows ? It doesn't work in version 5.06, newly created accounts are not saved.

5.0.6 is ancient.  Have you tried 5.1.3?  I don't use Windows, so I can't say for certain aqbanking works, but I would expect it does.
