STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Add effect
2. Set X Size value

OBSERVED RESULT
Blurs X and Y axis.

EXPECTED RESULT
Blur only X axis (as lke as "Y Size" does).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Decide if you wanna capitalise property names or not: "X Size" vs "Y size" (see different cap. in "size")

Average Blur is a filter provided by avfilter. Seems like this is expected behavior based on the documentation: https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#avgblur

I'm going to mark this as not a bug unless there's something you think we should do for Kdenlive specifically.
