SUMMARY
Advanced Window Rule setups hard to configure without sub-window types.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Window Rule to maximize Kdenlive initially, and disable Window Border
2. Start Kdenlive
3. Download New Effects

OBSERVED RESULT
New Effects Utility is also maximized without Border, and therefore not closeable without shortcut.

EXPECTED RESULT
Utility Windows should have specific types to better fine tune window rules.
