The context menu often appears on the incorrect screen or off any monitor, this makes the application essentially unusable.

Changing my monitor positions so one of them is at 0,0 prevents the issue

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click or click File, Edit etc buttons

OBSERVED RESULT
menu appears far from the mouse or off the screen
My focus follows mouse and the menu is often not reachable without changing focus and closing the menu

EXPECTED RESULT
menu appears under mouse or UI element
