SUMMARY
Sometimes Dolphin's title bar gets black on maximize. If you have it minimized and you want to maximize it with a click from the panel, the title bar is gone and gets black and the side panel gets shrinked. Here's a screenshot of the problem:

Here's my side panel width and compare it with the upper screenshot where it's shrinked a lot:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Dolphin minimized.
2. Maximize it.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
No title bar but a black panel and the side panel is shrinked.

EXPECTED RESULT
To have a title bar and don't reset my side panel width.

Look at the bigged animation on minimize and maximize too. The only way to fix it is to close and reopen it again or to choose Resize from the context menu and then maximize it to fit the screen cia double click on the title bar. It also resets my side bar width as it's shown on the video.
