STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings
2. Go to Night Color option
3. Select always enabled option

OBSERVED RESULT
Night Color not 

EXPECTED RESULT
Night color does not activate

Works for me. Are any of the other activation modes working, or are they all broken?
