Please make a screenshot of the dialog.

Are you using highdpi scaling?

I'm using two monitor both simultaneosly. One of them is 4K and the other FHD. I changed globally text scale to 180% (can't scale individually). As i wrote, all was working fine till recent KDE updates.

Harald, could this be yet-another-symptom of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458865?

Sounds like xdg-desktop-portal is started without the environment variables for scale factor

Excume, I forgot to comment my screenshot:
- Left window shows CHROME "File, Save" dialog
- Right window show FIREFOX "File, Save" dialog

Both in same screen, simultaneuosly. I'm sorry I forgot to annotate in screenshot.
