STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Tilix
2. Snap it to the side
3. Open new tab
4. Drag the tab outside
5. Notice that newly created window cannot be resized without using meta + right click

OBSERVED RESULT
Window is resizable without using meta + right click

EXPECTED RESULT
Window is not resizable without using meta + right click
