When changing the volume for a bluetooth audio device (such as mine which is OnePlus Nord Buds), the plasma-pa applet's volume slider flickers as shown in the video attached

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect a bluetooth device
2. Change it's volume through the plasma-pa applet (using your mouse or touchpad)

OBSERVED RESULT
The slider flickers and takes a short delay to settle where your mouse has reached

EXPECTED RESULT
The slider doesn't flicker
