I found the issue. A file which have content about plasma widget does not takes any change. Config file "~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc" > after reboot my plasma/linux.
Can you confirm that you are shutting down properly and just typing "sudo reboot"

### UPDATE Deleting ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc do not fix the problem. ### RESULT: File plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc do not take full change after delete widget form desktop level. ### STEP TO REPRODUCE: Change protocol of deleting information from plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc ###WHAT I TRIED TO FIX? If you delete ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc, I assume it's regenerated, right? Or are you saying that the problem happens when this file does not exist?
