STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. INDI Control Panel / Pegasus PPBA / Main Control / Power On Boot
2. Select or deselect one or several options : Quad Out, Adj Out, Dew A, Dew B
3. Save your choice in Options.
Quit KStars.

OBSERVED RESULT
Your selection has not been saved and all Quad Out, Adj Out, Dew A, Dew B are checked

Aren't these settings stored in the Pegasus EEPROM? Like set Quad Out to OFF, then turn off Pegasus and turn it back on (without kstars/indi). Are they quads turned on now by Pegasus or still off?

Well done : the settings (set with the INDI driver) are preserved if I turn off Pegasus and turn it on again.
I thing that this will be handled with the Pegasus Unity software ... when it will be available on the Mac.
(for now the Unity software is only available on Windows)
