SUMMARY
When using HDD or the disk is slow, opening Widget Explorer will hang plasmashell for a few seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Widget Explorer

plasmashell hangs for a few seconds

No hang

Even when the disk isn't slow (I have a fast NVMe SSD), it happens anyway.
