It'd make the Nvidia X Server Settings window more discoverable if it was added to Info Center > Graphics, similarly to how a link to System Monitor is added there.

Best ask nvidia to supply a suitable desktop file with their tool? The kinfocenter integration for systemmonitor is also supplied by the latter, not the former: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-systemmonitor/-/blob/master/kcm_external_plasma-systemmonitor.desktop
