None of the buttons in layers docker don't trigger "layer is locked" warning when you press them and they are unable to be acted upon due to the group as whole being locked

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create group of layers
2. Click 'move layer up/down' or 'view or change layer properties'

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens - difficult to troubleshoot (especially for beginners :/ )

EXPECTED RESULT
The layer is locked popup appears onscreen

Hi, thank you for your report.

I can confirm with the Krita Version: 5.2.0-prealpha (git 5c98a72) Appimage with Qt 5.15.7

I guess part of the problem is that disabled icons are not clear either.
