SUMMARY
When I open a file with KWrite externally (e.g., clicking on it in Dolphin) it always opens in a new window. While that was always the behavior on KWrite, and I was satisfied enough with it, since 22.08.0 we have tabs! So, I would like to have an option to open files on a new tab instead of a new window, just like on Kate.

Please use Kate in that case.
Introducing reuse of windows is complex and will make KWrite just even more like Kate.
