Menus not showing up / once hidden, option to show menus is missing and can't be found anywhere.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide menus
2. Want to revert and show menus
3. No option to show menus

OBSERVED RESULT
For 3 days i have clicked on every single item, menu, column... tried right click> viewed all options = no main menus anywhere. can't access settings.

EXPECTED RESULT
right click>show menu=Menu showing
right click>hide menu=Menu hidden

The default key-binding for showing/hiding the menu is Ctrl+M, but I agree it needs to be more obvious how to re-enable the menu. KHamburgerMenu could be a good solution for this.
