SUMMARY
If I insert an unformatted USB stick, or one with no mountable partitions, it would help if the Disks & Devices applet could pop up with the option to launch partitionmanager to allow me to (re)format it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert a USB Mass Storage device with no mountable partitions

OBSERVED RESULT
Disks & Devices applet shows no devices

EXPECTED RESULT
Disks & Devices applet pops up with something like "Unmountable storage device" and provides an action to "Reformat or Edit with Partition Manager"
