It has not happened again (and restarted konsole and imediatly tried again)
steps
* ssh to sever
* connect to tmux session
* cat file (secrect key, consisting of several english words)
* copy text
* switch to another tab
* paste text (into cat >> localfile)
* konsole crashed

The crash does not seem to be reproducible.
