This is normal behavior of a scrolling view, slide the scrollbar to bring the box into view. Alternatively, leave all faces unchecked and use the mouse over function to reveal a face rectangle. I will send you a mp4 file via private mail (because it contains people I didn't ask whether they would want their images to be published on the internet) showing my issue.
