STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open kgeography
2. Select Asia
3. Select Place Countries in the Map
4. Select 47 questions
5. When Bahrain's turn comes up, hunt for cursor

OBSERVED RESULT
No cursor; no Bahrain-shaped outline of country to place in the map

EXPECTED RESULT
Bahrain should appear, as do other countries in this game

Fix Bahrain not showing in Asia: Place Countries in the Map

The country is only 1 pixel wide and the code had 2 off by one issues so
it did not show at all, now it shows mega small, but at least it shows
