After more spamming of Super + P it turns out that both beta and 5.26.1 are about the same when it comes to reliability of switching my display on. I have no idea what to do at this point, ever since I got this display I have bad experience with Plasma. What I don't understand is that kscreen struggles powering it on, but if I logout to SDDM or switch to TTY, then it powers right up no problem. Right now it's connected via USB-C to DP. If I trigger it then I lose connection with its USB dock, it's on a separate USB3 cable. logout fixes the issue. Spamming Super+P fixes it as well. Any pointers at where to dig? Priority can be lowered I am afraid, not a regression. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 460341 *** Happens to me as well, and apparently to a lot of people on Manjaro with Plasma 5.26.2. |
