I also have this issue In my case, I am on KDE Neon User Edition 5.26 with kernel 5.15.0-50-generic. This started happening since upgrading from 5.25 to 5.26, and every time I start my computer and log in I have to enable one of my 3 monitors. Manually editing the Xorg config does not fix this. If I need to provide any logs or anything please let me know since I know that this is a fairly vague issue.
