STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a comma separated name in identity settings
2. Create and send an email with this identity

OBSERVED RESULT
Received email contains no from field in email header

EXPECTED RESULT
Kmails sends email with corrent from field in header.

I can confirm this bug in kmail2 6.4.3 under Arch Linux.
