Bookmarks Krunner pluign doesn't integrate with modern web browsers (Vivaldi, Opera, Brave).

If you choose one of them like default browser, the bookmarks are not shown in krunner results.

plasma-browser-integration provides this integration. It is available as an add-on/extension for Firefox, Chrome/Chromium, and Opera IIRC, dunno about Brave and Vivaldi. Support for them could be added too if it does not already work for them, but this would require separate requests for each of them in https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=plasma-browser-integration
