STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. press ctrl+alt+,
3. try to assign a shortcut already in use (meta+e, for example) to 'Add to places' action - a warning about shortcut conflict shows up
4. click on the 'Cancel' button of the warning
5. click on the button used to assign a shortcut to 'Add to places'

OBSERVED RESULT
the warning seen after the step 3 shows up again

EXPECTED RESULT
no warning after the last step

Cannot reproduce with Dolphin 22.12.1.
