I was installing some wallpapers using "Get new wallpapers" option wallpapers dialog and when I tried to "install" a wallpaper I got a message that there already exists a file with same name. For example if there is a wallpaper with filename 1080.jpg already "installed" then when I try to install a wallpaper that has the same name it leads to a filename clash. Imho the file name clash should be handled seamlessly just like how chromium handles for download filenames thereby avoiding any action on the user side.
