ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Open the menu icon in the upper right corner has disappeared. Toolbar configure shows "open the menu" but don't work. I removed it and added it again, it didin' t work. I add something else, it happens but "open the menu" doesn't.

That's because you have the menubar visible. When it's visible, the hamburger menu on the toolbar automatically disappears. To make it appear again, hide the menubar.
