SUMMARY
Global keyboard shortcuts for panning and zooming change kicker size if open.
This is probably not wanted and cannot be reverted without editing config files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open and focus Kicker [META]
2. Pan Left Keyboard Shortcut [META + LEFT]

OBSERVED RESULT
Kicker size and position changes and cannot be restored unless manually editing config files

EXPECTED RESULT
Kicker size and position do not change or can be restored easily

This is actually intentional, and officially supported in Plasma 5.26 where the size is allowed to be changed by the user!
